Number 2, Matt Hall is on our CCHS varsity baseball team. This is his first year on varsity and he is very excited and enjoys it very much. He has been playing school ball since 8th grade and he loves it. Our second baseman is hoping to go far this year with the team. His favorite food is tacos, he says he can't get enough of them. Good luck to you Matt this year and we are rooting for our blue devils!

Interview with Brett Smith

Brett Smith is a decorated senior who has been playing baseball since he was 5. The strong lefty is a dominant pitcher with a hard fastball and wicked junk. In Smith's sophomore year he threw not one, but two no hitters! he was the go to pitcher for coach Wes Wimmer. When Brett isn't pitching he plays left field, and very talented left fielder at that. Smith hopes to play baseball in college and with his skill level it is very possible for him. Brett's favorite food Bacon cheeseburger from Five Guys. "It's my favorite thing in the world!" said Smith. And his favorite animal is a dog, he truly thinks that dogs are man's best friend. Thank you Brett for taking your time to talk to us.
